Executive Team

Marty has more than thirty-six years of experience in aircraft sales, with thirty

three years specializing in regional aircraft sales.  For twelve years he was Senior

Sales Manager of Sales for Embraer Aircraft Corporation (US subsidiary of

Brazilian aircraft manufacturer EMBRAER) and for the past eight years has been

President of Velocity Aviation, specializing in sales of Embraer ERJ-145 regional

jets.  Marty has extensive knowledge of the world-wide regional jet aircraft market

– trends, values and sales – and is responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars

of aircraft sales globally.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State

University, and a Commercial pilot license with instrument and multi-engine

ratings.

Ron has more than 30 years of experience in aviation, and was the former

Managing Director/CFO of Embraer Aircraft Holding (US subsidiary of Brazilian

aircraft manufacturer EMBRAER), and former General Manager of Honda

Aircraft Company.  For the last several years, he has been CFO, Advisor, and

Entrepreneur in three disruptive technology start-ups in the aviation industry,

including Transportation, Communications, and Aircraft Coating and De-coating

using laser ablation and robotics, and served as COO of startup Setouchi Aircraft

Leasing and Trading Corporation.  He started his career in commercial finance

and bank consulting.  Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the

University of Illinois, and a Private pilot license.
